NEW CONSTRUCTION
This 5-story commercial building was a new construction build on the corner of Ballard’s busiest streets. Sargent Construction provided and installed the high thermal performance fiberglass 400 Series and Universal Series Cascadia windows. This project was unique since Sargent Construction aided in the design and execution of Cascadia’s first 400 Series Window Wall system installed in the courtyard area on the south side of the building.
