HISTORICAL RETROFIT
Standing prominent on the hill above Mt Baker Blvd, this early 1900’s built school is designated as one of Seattle Historic Landmarks. Through a process of 3D scanning the entire building, and creating 3D prototypes of the trim profiles, cornices and pendants, Sargent Construction was able to document exactly the existing details of the building. Utilizing the versatility of Andersen’s E-Series Windows and integrating custom made aluminum trim profiles along with custom molds, Sargent Construction was able to supply and install a high performing, low maintenance product that held true to the historical appearance of the building while meeting current building energy codes.
