HISTORICAL RETROFIT
This shell and core renovation of the original historic Maritime Building is located front and center on Seattle’s iconic waterfront. Sargent Construction worked with the Seattle Historic Preservation Committee and Wausau windows to develop a high performance, low maintenance commercial aluminum window that held true to the original profiles and design that this building offers to this Seattle Area. In order to achieve this Sargent Construction mulled together Wausau 4250i series aluminum window frames and installed a custom exterior trim profile into the existing masonry openings in the original shell of this historic building.
