RETROFIT REPLACEMENT
This 26-story occupied condo building in the middle of the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle definitely presented some logistical challenges. Sargent teamed up with Charter construction to replace all the doors and windows by means of twilight deliveries, a counterweighted hoisting system and swingstages on the exterior of the building.
